Registered Nurse (Part-Time) – Ultrasound & Client Care

Position Summary
Pregnancy Resources of Delaware County is seeking a compassionate, mission-minded Registered Nurse (RN) to join our part-time team. The ideal candidate is experienced in performing limited obstetrical ultrasounds and is committed to providing high-quality, respectful care to clients in a supportive, judgment-free environment. This role combines direct clinical care with education and emotional support for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform limited obstetrical ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy viability, gestational age, and location (intrauterine vs. ectopic), in accordance with medical protocols and medical director oversight
• Administer STI testing; provide treatment or appropriate referrals per established clinical guidelines with Medical Director.
• Provide prenatal education, including fetal development, healthy pregnancy practices, and preparation for childbirth
• Deliver parenting education and connect clients with community resources and support services
• Conduct client intake, health histories, and vital signs assessments
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policy
• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to clients from diverse backgrounds and circumstances
• Collaborate with medical director, fellow nurses, and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training, quality assurance, and mission-related staff development

Required Qualifications
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
• Proficiency in performing limited obstetrical ultrasounds (training/certification such as Heartbeat International, CareNet, or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training may be available for the right candidate)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality
• Alignment with the mission, values, and statement of faith (if applicable) of Pregnancy Resources of Delaware County

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in obstetric, women's health, or public health nursing
• Experience with STI testing and treatment protocols
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform ultrasound exams, including positioning and operating equipment
• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and documentation

Work Environment
• Clinical, client-facing setting
• Part-time schedule with early afternoon and evening availability required
• Some flexibility in scheduling based on client and organizational needs
